You never know when a shower may pop up so it’s best to come prepared pending the forecast. In the event we cancel your charter due to bad weather we will reschedule as soon as possible. If you cannot reschedule there is no charge.
Hunter Charters’ Captains are fully licensed to operate our vessels in our inshore and offshore waters. Captains and first mates are all trained in first aid, fire, hygiene and boat safety.
Hunter Charters is one of the larger fishing charters serving Nassau and Paradise Island so we can accommodate fairly large groups with our fleet of boats. With enough advance notice we can also arrange for other local captains to assist with your large group charter.
We highly recommend you book your charter as far in advance as possible to ensure there is a boat available at the time you would like to go.
Cancellations made four days before the date of your charter are subject to a 20% penalty charge. Less than four days notice the penalty charge is 50%. Less than 24 hours notice the penalty charge is the full cost of the charter. The credit card used to confirm your charter will be charged.
Yes, alcoholic beverages are allowed. However for everyone’s safety, glass containers are not permitted – metal or plastic containers only please. We ask that everyone drinks responsibly.
Unless a special time was set, charter times are below. Please meet us at your pick up location at least fifteen minutes before your charter start time to get loaded up and ensure maximum time on the water.
All pickups are at the Margaritaville over Paradise Island. It will be a charged of $6 per person to pickup when you arrived at the boat.
You are welcome to compensate our crew based on your experience and it is very much appreciated. Most people tip our crew 15-20% of the total charter cost.
